I have decided to create an audience analysis on the band 'Jonas Brothers', as my friends and I decided to create a music video for their song 'Only Human'. This audience analysis will help us with our final product by giving us information on who is their music created for, and what those people like best.

The Jonas Brothers are an American pop-rock band formed in 2005. They gained popularity because of their appearances on Disney Channel. The three members of the band are Kevin, Joe, and Nick Jonas.

According to the Next Big Sound website, The Jonas Brothers' songs have been streamed 586,5 million times on Pandora, with 5,520,543 unique listeners and 20,863,407 streams in the last month. On Spotify, they have 29,073,154 monthly listeners and 3,456,257 followers. While on Spotify their most popular song is 'Sucker' (616,615,767 streams), on Pandora their most streamed song is 'Only Human' (48,661,475 streams).

According to the Next Big Sound website, the audience is 65% female and 35% male - demographics based on twitter mentions and retweets. On Jonas Brothers' page on Spotify, in the 'About' section, it is written that the most listeners are from Chicago, US (400,529), with Los Angeles, New York City, Mexico City and Dallas close behind.

As a conclusion, due to their audience being mainly female and mostly US-based, we will conform to the conventions they like best in music videos, ex: the actors will be females, the scenes will be vibrant and lively.
